居安思危 | jū ān sī wēi

On July 26 and 27, Xi Jinping spoke at a meeting held in Beijing for key provincial leaders entitled “学习习近平总书记重要讲话精神，迎接党的十九大”. Pretty meta, eh?  He used this 成语 to warn leaders to think about possible changes to the overall situation and to prepare for challenges ahead.
