Xi presided over a forum for leaders from major non-communist parties in Zhongnanhai on Aug. 30. At the forum, Xi introduced a draft report of the “19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,” hoping that the the forum’s attendees would speak freely and voice their opinions of the draft.
